The New Haven Early Childhood Collaborative's mission is to ensure that all New Haven children, birth to age 8, are healthy, safe, and thriving in nurturing families and prepared to be successful lifelong learners.
New Haven has quality early care and education programs informal and formal for children birth to 8 years.
Every child has access to quality early care and education.
Families and caregivers are partners in developing the knowledge, skills and resources needed to support children’s basic needs and development.
